1. What is the difference between a matchmaker and a dating service?

For hundreds of years the families of young men and women sought out matchmakers to find the best husband or wife for their marriageable children. Professional matchmakers have a keen understanding of human nature, and an intuitive sense for fitting together two strangers who can become lovers. On the other hand, a dating service promises a number of dates to satisfy the contractual agreement first, before the client's selections. There is no focus towards marriage, and/or meaningful relationships, only dating.  Dating service performs their matching using search criteria based only on what's inputted into the search data base. There is no way to realistically validate the information used for searching. Emphasis can be set for any number of input information with out regard to the human element.

The primary difference between a matchmaking service and dating service is the relationship between the client and the service. At Carol Morgan, LLC we carefully qualify every Member and Client and are always personally familiar with our clients. We do not accept everyone that contacts us, unlike dating services that enroll as many people as possible and then leave it up to their client to make it work. We work personally and closely with our clients to make sure they meet singles that meet their criteria. Our methods are tried and true, efficient and effective. We help you find love.

 2. Why do I need a matchmaker?

One of the most important decisions of your life, your life's partner, shouldn't be left to chance! Does it make sense to hire a Realtor to find you the perfect house, but look for the perfect mate BY YOURSELF? A matchmaker helps you discover what you really want in a mate, spends countless hours networking to find the most likely prospects, and personally screens every one of them for safety and suitability before you ever spend one minute with them. In short, a professional matchmaker does the legwork, so you have the fun.

Most of our Clients are just too busy to spend the little free time they do have trying to meet someone special. Many of our Clients have intense careers and other responsibilities like family and community and can't afford to get involved with an inappropriate individual. We vet out all the misfits so our Clients and Members feel safe, secure and comfortable meeting people through Carol Morgan, LLC.

Many of our Clients are goal oriented and want to be as proactive as they can be to achieve their goal of finding a happy, healthy relationship. Today, you may be single. Tomorrow, if you are a Carol Morgan Client, you could be on your way to a meaningful relationship!

3. How much does the service cost?

We now offer differentiating levels of service. The in-depth approach Carol Morgan uses by becoming personally acquainted with the intimate details of our Clients' lives and subsequently working to enrich their lives by introducing them to someone special and, helping them find love in what we call Exclusive matchmaking, that requires a lot of time and attention. We support the use of our old fashion matchmaking as a wonderful means of communication and organization but not as a substitute for intuitive matchmaking. Our traditional matchmaking process is very labor intensive and warrants compensation as such.

4. How do we determine if Carol Morgan is right for me or if I am right for Carol Morgan?

5. How do I sign up?

You may indicate interest by creating an account on our Getting Started page. This does not imply a commitment on your part, only interest in learning about the service. In Traditional matchmaking we have to meet each prospective hearthunter in person. When a meeting is scheduled it's important you are prepared to retain our services. When meeting in person we meet in comfortable social settings as we've found it's easier for prospective hearthunters to open up and communicate casually with their matchmakers rather than feeling like they are being interviewed in an office setting. The meeting should take about one-and-a-half hours.

6. How is the service carried out?

If Matchmaking Services are retained, your matchmaker file will be created and your matchmaker will identify possible matches that meet as much of your criteria as possible, and represent you to them. After interesting a Member or Client in meeting you we will represent them to you or vice versa. We provide far more insight and information than any other service by communicating profiles and background details on anyone we’d like our Clients to meet.

Upon a mutually exclusive agreement between the two to meet, we will exchange phone numbers and expect the two to get acquainted and make arrangements to meet on their own. Our feedback process is a crucial key to success. By relying on your perspective as well as the perspective of those you meet we are able to weigh and value each quality and characteristic more or less for you in any other potential match. We also get to know you and your behavior better so that each match increases the likelihood of success.

7. How do you know that he or she is right for me?

Our qualification process is thorough and intense. We get to know your likes, dislikes, successes, and heartbreaks. You'll tell us what you want in a mate and what you don't. Our experience working with others and specifically ones we consider for you provides invaluable insight and intuition. We know successful relationships are based on a foundation of morals, values and common interests. These are the primary areas we focus on for you. 8. I'm not interested in marriage but does that mean I'm not eligible for your service?

We will only accept people that are looking for a quality and committed relationship. Carol Morgan LLC. is not a dating service. All of our Clients want to find someone special that they can commit to, however they define it. We do not want to subject our Clients to people that are perpetually single because of a lack of character, personality, ambitions, etc.

9. In what areas do you provide service to Members and Clients?

We are a national service.  We offer traditional matchmaking, matchmaking services, old fashion matchmaking, matchmaking services for men, exclusive matchmaking, relationship services, millionaire matchmaking, mature age matchmaking, alternative lifesyle matchmaking, matchmaking for seniors.  Whether you are a hearthunter or you’re hearthunting, we help you find love.

10. How many clients do you have in my desired age range and gender specifications?

We have a large national clientele; our matches are based on quality, not quantity.  Remember, it takes only one!

11. Are you successful?

Yes. Many of my clients fall in love and form meaningful relationships, including marriage. One client summed it up this way, "Carol, You’re a genius.”

12. How many introductions will I receive and how often will I meet new people?

On average a client requires between one to four matches before going off active.

13. Are there any guarantees should I not be satisfied with the matching service?

Twenty-one years of continued success and a sterling reputation prove that Carol Morgan, LLC is dedicated to pleasing her clients. Carol Morgan, LLC never gives up on anyone, no matter how long it takes to find your match. We are available for as long as you need us.

14. Are there any expectations that you have for me?

We have experienced that some people are so anxious to meet the right person, they get discouraged if they have not met that person in the first introduction. We ask all members to be patient, keep a positive attitude, have realistic expectations and be open to suggestions.  This will give you the best possible chance to find love and the relationship you have always wanted!

15. How do you look for new members.

After twenty-one years of successful matchmaking, Carol Morgan, LLC is a well respected service and rely primarily on persona referrals from our satisfied clients.

16. Can you provide references of other members?

17. What is your safety policy?

Our feedback procedure provides a safe forum to share information about the behavior of other members. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior by any member is grounds for membership termination. To date, this has never been necessary. Our members are high quality individuals who are serious and committed to finding their soulmates.

18. What is your policy on confidentiality?

Each member knows each other by first name only. Phone numbers are exchanged only after each party has approved the introduction. We do not give out any members place of employment or home address to any other member. It is up to each of our members to decide how much more information they want to give to their matches. Confidentiality is total and complete at all times.

19. Why shouldn't I just search the Internet?

Research shows that less than 1% of online singles ever make a love connection. The people you meet online often do not turn out to be as they portrayed themselves. Approximately 50% of the people that do Internet dating are married! Of course, you don't have any security with online dating. Sadly, most people report they wasted hundreds of hours online, and at the end they were still single and lonely.
